This meeting allows you the opportunity to learn more about partnering with Calvary Academy for your student's education and allows us to get to know you and your student. If you have not already had an appointment, please complete this form to schedule your private interview.
How to Apply
After your interview, we encourage families to begin the Online Application process.
Application Process:
1. Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link.
2. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child.
3. Complete and submit the application. Please note: FACTS collects a $22 application due at the time of submission.
4. After submission, the application will be reviewed and you will be contacted if any further information is needed.
5. After application approval, families will be contacted by the admissions office to schedule placement testing, if required.
6. After testing is complete, all families will be contacted by a member of our administration to discuss results and answer any questions.
An admissions decision will be made after all of these steps are completed and will be sent to you from the Admissions Office with further instructions on how to complete enrollment.
